About Us
The Park and Palm Group was co-founded by Maddie Fisher and Marki Grimsley-Zabar, former colleagues at The Estée Lauder Companies in New York. With nearly 30 years of collective experience across luxury brands, they are hyper-focused on building, re-charging and reinforcing reputation for companies and individuals through strategic communications strategies. Based across New York City and Palm Beach, they have worked with some of the most established and up-and-coming luxury companies across beauty and wellness, financial services, consumer packaged goods, and more.

Co-FounderMaddie has built her career developing the reputations of influential brands and companies, bringing more than a decade of experience in integrated communications and social media strategy. Prior to co-founding The Park and Palm Group, she led communications and social media for Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM), where she oversaw executive and business communications, developed social strategy for PWM's LinkedIn and Instagram platforms, and collaborated with media relations on executive press opportunities.
Before Goldman Sachs, Maddie held various communications roles at The Estée Lauder Companies, supporting C-suite communications strategies, partnering across the organization on corporate and financial communications, and working directly with the Lauder family on internal and external initiatives. Her communications expertise was first developed at MWWPR, where she gained comprehensive agency experience across entertainment, food and beverage, hospitality, professional services, financial services, and global affairs.
Outside of work, Maddie is passionate about mentoring young women through Women of Tomorrow, an organization that provides mentorship and scholarship opportunities to at-risk high school women. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University and served as captain of the Division 1 Women's Tennis Team. She lives in Palm Beach, Florida with her husband and two daughters.

Co-FounderMarki is a seasoned corporate communications specialist. Prior to founding The Park and Palm Group, Marki served in various strategic communications roles for nearly 15 years at The Estée Lauder Companies. For eight years, she helped lead corporate communications and media relations at the company, one of the world's foremost luxury beauty firms. She directed corporate media relations, managed high-level media strategy, served as a corporate spokesperson and supported C-suite communications. She also developed external messaging across business, financial and technology platforms and played a key role in the communications strategy behind M&A activities, beauty tech innovation and executive visibility initiatives.
Marki's professional journey also included earlier consumer-facing roles at Clinique and other brands, refining her expertise in brand communications, media relations and influencer strategy. Before entering the beauty industry, Marki began her career in the art world with roles at the Whitney Museum of American Art and Spanierman Art Gallery, where she developed a strong foundation in visual culture and storytelling.
Outside of work, Marki is a dedicated tennis player, skier and reader. Marki is a cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. She resides in New York City, and in her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and golden retriever.
